We kicked OFF on March 24th 2006

USA Team Rally kick off on March 24th 2006. That week details on USA Team RAlly was informed by Karen Lewis .

In calling for the kick off we accidentally typed 24/11/06, which created some jokes .. too excited about November.

The kick off meeting was attended by Mr Yong, HR Rep, and all Team Rally members - Hafizan, Jamal H, Jamal R, Shamsul, Ema, Fieza, Kak Noor.
2 top bosses were busy, however they gave a call before the meeting to find out what support do we need.

Mr Yong occasionally made the meeting quite enlighting with his phrases.."pilih kasih, bukan pilih kekasih"

The purpose was to list all major needs and expenses for the team and get management approval.

Hopeful and exciting news :
1. Mr Yong mentioned he plan to propose to management that JCI Malaysia employees who want to join us to USA may get subsidized
expenses.
2. Proposal for pocket money for each of us.

Overall we left the meeting feeling very satisfied. That was my indirect way of saying I have major task ahead and I am NOT able to take up responsibility for new Team Rally 2006.
God knows, sometimes it does feel heavy.
