A message from the boss

Dear all,

I believe we have all the materials to become the champion this year. With hardwork and participate actively/religiously on time all the time will create the teamwork, atmosphere and confidence among all of you.

Therefore, I would like to give a target to all of you to become the world champion this year.

I know you guys can.

Please remind me all the rehearsal time as I will attend to give you my honest opinion.

Practises, Props Making, Progress

Sept 19th. - Official announcement from USA
Sept 26th - Good news flights are confirmed . We are really going to USA, not just perform by video conferencing.
Week 2 - Week 3 : Props correction after the rehearsal, slide improvement, and music re arrangement.
Back drop hanger was designed using PVC .
Thanks Wak Jamal and Ema who dirty their hands at hard ware store.

Sept 27th - first run through of new music and made lighting plan.
Also make plans for table decorations and gifts exchange.
Not without challenge , its Ramadhan..the team keeps losing 3 members daily ..various issues. (Even the Prophets was attacked in Ramadhan..)

Historical Date for Malaysia

Although not related to Team Rally, we can't miss this date .
On Sept 26th 2006, Malaysia sent its first 2 astronaut to Russia.
The chosen astronaut will be in space on 31st Aug 2007, to mark Malaysia 50th Independence.
The parting remarks by the astronaut was :

"WORK HARD, STUDY HARD, TAKE SCIENCE, BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF YEAH"

Rehearsal Day Sept 18th

We had first rehearsal in front of the management. The purposes are to check any discrepancy in score sheet criteria and to confirm story line.\
Some members are in full costume.
Thanks Ema, Fieza and Aaron for the effort in wearing full attire !

Not without challenges...The team lost 2 members from the morning.
Through much patience by the rest, we started practise at 2:00 pm.

After a few times practise, we performed to management at 4:25 pm.
Mr Goh, En Ibrahim, M Chan, Mr Yong, Yusni, En Jamal, Shahrul Zamri and Suso viewed our show.

A total of 15 major comments were received.

Costume Preparation

1. Jamal trying out the home made OPTIONS costume. Kak Nor sow the Option costume. Concept by Ema.
2. OPTION 1,2 ,3 4 costume. They match with the color of manila card for each option.
3. "Swathi" costume

Preparation for Full Dress Rehearsal

There should be a Full Dress rehearsal soon, and we are completing our props, video and music.

It's very fortunate to have Aris these past few days.

In December 2005, Disneyland Fund was initiated to raise $$$ for our USA trip.
Sources of $$$ comes from fine due to late to meetings, and absenteeism.
Method of payment is of course cash.
Once name is written, no argument is accepted.

On Wednesday Sept 6th, we had collection day.
YTD, our $$$ is RM157++ .
(That's enough for 31 Maggi per person for 8 days in USA)

Concept wise it's exactly what we want

We are working on how to put CPP puzzle and "JCMS pizza" on the back drop.
And finally the stand/hanger.
In USA, we need to set it up in a just few seconds!
